Below are some of the issues we have recently consulted on and their outcomes.
Community Benefit SA Review
- We asked:
- Grant applicants to provide us with ideas for improving the Community Benefit SA program.
- You said:
- 216 people (75% of respondents) agreed that an online application form that allows saving before submitting would be an improvement.
- We did:
- Released an online form for use by grant applicants in the latest round of funding and more than 95% of customers successfully submitted using this method.
Public and Community Housing Survey - 2010
- We asked:
- A random selection of public and community housing tenants in SA gave opinions on Housing SA and housing organisations' performance.
- You said:
- Results will be available in late 2010, published in Customer Chat, the Community Partnerships and Growth (CPG) website, and CHO Biz.
- We did:
- Actions to improve services and products will be built into planning processes in 2011.
National Standards for Disability Services
- We asked:
- People to share their views and ideas about the current National Standards and what could be included in future National Standards
- You said:
- 1200 people across Australia suggested ways to improve services and outcomes for people with disability and their families or carers
- We did:
- University NSW is analysing feedback for a report to Community and Disability Ministers about changes and improvements
